My Prayer for you: I pray that God is the leading light in your life and you learn to be a respectful intelligent man that doesn't let the influence of others lead you in the wrong direction. I pray that you become a leader and a well educated man that grooms himself well, and respects his elders. you may not have the ultimate father right now but I pray that God blesses you with the ultimate father figure so he can show you how to not only be a man but not be another walking statistic. My Little Monster
Today we went to church (my sister my nephew and I) and afterwards we went to a Chinese buffet where my little monster (nephew) sang loud enough the whole restaurant heard him. Of course we had to join in because it was one of those two part kiddie songs and you know I could't leave him hanging when we're singing a duet. lol
Above is a pic of my sister and nephew and this picture sums up their relationship in a nutshell. My sister is the one that loves him unconditionally and she is so proud of her wonderful creation that God has blessed her with. Jayden on the other hand is the spoiled wild child who screams and shouts when he doesn't get his way. At times he can be the sweetest thing on earth and other times he can be your worst baby nightmare (lol) but he is the best and I wouldn't trade these two for anything in the world.
I've been so excited about this coming fall. I'm ready to whip out my comfy fall clothes right along with my professional wear. I've been thrifting since July for my type of fall fashion. Lately at work I have been dreading down playing what I want to wear verses trying to be professional. I've been itching to wear my type of fashion. It's so bad that on the weekends I'll end up being over dressed for any and every occasion but I guess this is the way the cookie crumbles until I get my own practice.
My birthday dinner was a success, surprisingly. I did not end up wearing the outfit I had planned on wearing because I was rushing to get to ULTA so I could claim my free mascara before the dinner. It was so last minute and I didn't know where I wanted to eat, then it finally hit me.... I had been craving hibachi for about a month now and it was my mission to get it for my birthday. So I made reservations to a restaurant called ZEN. It was the perfect place for my birthday celebration. I took pictures of my food on my snapchat but I completely forgot to download them on to my phone. :( . However, I did get some really great footage of the chief cooking our meals and I had a sake bomb! YUM.

So today is my Birthday and I started it off by taking my car to the carshop and a free breakfast at Denny's this morning. Below is a picture of the shoes and necklace for my dinner tonight which is so last minute. I kinda threw together an outfit and here's just a sneak

Today I have to run a few errands like getting my oil changed so on and so forth, but I couldn't wait to incorporate those fall colors from the Tangerine color schemes (shown in my previous post). I just threw a hint of color into my outfit today. Tell me is it a hit or miss?
So we all know its getting close to that time of year where its almost time to put up those sundresses and start looking for comfy fashionable fall clothes. Well I'm not going to lie, I've already started looking at Chic Fall fashion looks . There's a few looks that are drawing my attention from this years Fall New York Fashion Week!!! Here are the few that caught my eye:
As an African American woman with curves and hips and a pretty face. I completely agree with Felicia Czochohaski. People think that just because your pretty you have the best life and you shouldn't complain about anything, but you guys are completely wrong. Being pretty with curves or certain aspects has a few BAD benefits too. You can't wear what everyone else wears because your curves bulge a little but more and your boss can't focus on what your saying because he is to focused on your body and the point that your making completely goes in the trash. All because he's to busy fantasizing about what he wants to do to you rather than listening to your suggestion that might help improve your company or project.
Lets not forget the artist Alicia Keys who said she wore baggy jeans, and Jerseys because she got tired of being looked at as an object rather than a person. She got tired of being whistled at when she walked down the street. She wanted people to respect her as a person and an artist, I completely understand that? I go through the same similar situations, when I get a job I want to be hired for the fact that I am qualified and that I can do a good job rather than, being hired off of my looks. People also for get that we are humans to. Some people actually don't like a lot of attention, some people like to make real connections with other people These people are called "realist"
I'm actually glad I don't have the best looking body because I don't want the attention. When I actually find a mate I want someone to want me for me and not what I look like or how much they can fantasize about what they can do to me while were on a date. Some women still want to be respected and not whistled at when they walk down the street. So for everyone that is bashing Felicia for her article on her own blog can shove it and SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!!! No one knows the real struggle.
So I finally started my vlog on youtube and I can honestly say I'm enjoying it. It has helped me to relieve some stress as well as pick up a new hobby. My first couple of videos sucked because I was still in the process of learning how to edit videos and add thumbnails. So far I have no subscribers and that's just fine with me because I started this page for my own personal reasons. However I have posted an outfit haul of two outfits that I thought were cute.im in the process of trying to purchase a ring light so bare with the bad lighting. but feel free to check out my page Teaona Renee' on YouTube. I had fun for Labor Day weekend, I ended up going to a flea market on Saturday evening with my sister. Which was a bad idea because about time we got there everyone was packing up to leave and it was blazing hot. However I did find this delicious healthy treat that I will be purchasing again this weekend. It was a small prafait for $2.13. It had strawberries, bananas, pineapples, blueberries, granola, mixed with strawberry yogurt and everything made it taste so fresh and so delicious.
This next day I decided to go to pride weekend in Atlanta. I was suppose to stay for the day but I ended up staying a whole extra day. So I had to turn my day time outfit into a night time outfit. With a quick roll flip and tuck of my skirt.
